I create job aids designed to provide clear, practical guidance at the moment of need and support accurate on-the-job performance. The featured First 72 Hours job aid gives new employees a concise, structured guide to their first three days, helping them understand priorities, navigate key tasks, and begin contributing with greater clarity and confidence.
